Dr. Masolak is currently accepting new patients for medication management and psychotherapy in Oregon, Kansas and Oklahoma.

At this time all appointments are self-pay. We hope to accept several insurance policies in the near future. We are able to provide a super bill to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
