Forensic Psychiatrist
Dr. Masolak hails from a Polish heritage and completed medical school at the Poznan University of Medical Sciences. He graduated as one of the top 10 students in the class with Dean’s List recognition. When choosing a specialty, Dr. Masolak decided to pursue Psychiatry and served as Chief Resident at the University of Kansas. After completing his residency, Dr. Masolak was accepted into the Forensic Psychiatry Fellowship at the Oregon Health & Sciences University (OHSU), one of only 50 in the entire country. OHSU is the only forensic psychiatry program for the entire Pacific Northwest region.
Dr. Masolak has experience performing forensic evaluations through the Oregon State Hospital. He serves as an expert witness, and has testified in civil and criminal hearings. He is well known in the community for providing educational lectures and has presented at numerous national and international medical conferences.
